His practice covers contentious and non-contentious matters. And, he places particular emphasis advocating on behalf of his clients. He relishes the opportunity and challenge of court advocacy and commits the same energy and dedication to all his clients regardless of the type of matter or complexity.
Tariq believes in and practices comprehensive client engagement. From the initial terms of engagement to the taking of continuous instructions, Tariq ensures that the client remains the centre of his practice and no step is taken until his client is informed advised and has consented to the form of action proposed or agreed the next steps to be taken.
His familiarity and experience of all levels of the Court process allows Tariq to professionally advise and counsel any potential client on the likely outcomes if one or other course of action is taken including a costs benefit analysis.
